Addendum II to the 64th edition of the IATA DGR Manual # **Addendum II to the 64th edition of the IATA DGR Manual** ![](https://info.serpac.it/hubfs/addendum-II-iata--4.jpg) On March 31, 2023, the second addendum to the 64th edition of the IATA DGR Regulation was published. The addendum was published mainly to introduce some State variations and Operators variations and to indicate the correction of some printing mistakes as well. In addition to these, there are two other changes related to the transport of lithium batteries and to the transport of PEDs (Portable Electronic Devices).
