The test is useful to determine the behaviour of the packaging when it undergoes shocks / impacts and more specifically a vertical impact by dropping.
The test is made on the complete packaging of the actual (or simulated) content. It is performed from a variable height: for goods belonging to packing group I, the drop will be 180 cm, for packing group II of 120 cm and for packing group III of 80 cm.
