The Federal Roads Office (FEDRO) has published the draft amendments to annexes A and B of ADR 2023 on its website.
The document contains all the amendments adopted by the Working Panel Working Group 15 in its 108th, 109th, and 110th sessions. The document also incorporates the amendments adopted by the Joint Meeting and the amendments adopted by the 111th session of the Working Panel no.15 from documents ECE / TRANS / WP.15 / 256 / Add.1 and ECE / TRANS / WP.15 / 256 / Corr.1 integrated.
In another document, the Federal Office summarized the explanations of the ADR changes in 2023. In addition to a new list of abbreviations (new section 1.2.3), the changes mainly concern the approval and testing of tanks and pressure vessels (section 1.8.6 and chapter 6.8), as well as fiber-reinforced plastic tanks (chapter 6.9 and 6.13).
FEDRO has also made public the amendments and explanations of Annexes 1 and 2 of the Swiss Ordinance on Dangerous Goods SDR, the new version of which will come into force on 1 January 2023.
