Vermiculite, is an absorbent and cushioning material, of incombustible and imperishable mineral origin, suitable to package and protect your dangerous goods. The Vermiculite is exempt from impurities; it is sterile, chemically inert, and soluble in water and organic solvent.
This material, after being exposed to an exfoliating process, turns into flakes of granules made of micro canals and closed cells, making it suitable to absorb shocks or liquid. To maintain these characteristics unchanged, it is suggested to store this products in a dry and covered place. The preparation is not included in any danger class, as far as dangerous goods transport is concerned, and is not, therefore, subject to to relevant regulations: ADR, RID, ADN, IMDG, ICAO/IATA
